Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 1010 6th Avenue South, Naples 34102 at our Experience Naples location next to Tin City.
Q: Where does the tour go?
A: The tour starts out just west of Tin City, proceeds through Old Naples, the historic 3rd Street district. We also will go to the Naples Pier (great photo opportunity, facilities, and a quick break), then proceed up through the scenic 5th Avenue district and lastly through Cambier Park. See our map for the specific route.
Q: How long is the tour?
The tour itself is a little over an hour long. The safety video and initial ride training is about another 30 minutes, for a total of about 90 minutes.
Q: How often are the tours?
A: We offer 4 tours daily! 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:30pm & 3:30pm
Q: What is the maximum number of riders at once?
A: We are able to accommodate up to 28 riders at once, with advanced purchase.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged the day before your tour and will be provided a receipt via email for your records.
Q: Are we able to do a private tour?
A: Yes! Please contact our sales professionals at [email protected] or 239-260-3272 to inquire.
Q: How fast do the Segways go?
A: The average tour speed is about 8mph, similar to the speed of a fast jog.
Q: Is there a minimum age to take the tour?
A: Yes, the minimum age is 12 years old under the supervision of a paying adult.
Q: Is there a weight limit to participate in the Segway tour?
A: Yes, guests must weigh at least 80lbs (36kg) and cannot exceed 300lbs (118kg).
Q: Can more than 1 guest ride on a Segway at a time?
A: No, under no circumstances can more than one guest be on a Segway at a time.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Guests may cancel at any time by calling us at (239) 262-7300 or replying to your email confirmation. Cancellations received within 24 hours of your scheduled tour departure are non-refundable.
Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: It is advised that guests make reservations as our tours do fill up. We will always try to accommodate walk-in guests.
Q: Is the tour rain or shine?
A: For the safety of our guests and guides alike, we do not permit our Segway tour to operate in the rain and/or when our larking lot, the streets, sidewalks and pavements are wet.
Q: Should I bring water on the tour?
A: Absolutely! We have space on each Segway for water as well as handbags/person belongings.
Q: Can I ride if I am pregnant?
A: Unfortunately, no. Due to the potential risk to both the child and/or mother; pregnant guests may not participate.
Q: Can I ride a Segway before I purchase tickets?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer test rides. Your tour will include ride training in our parking lot prior to your tour departure.
